Here is my take on Sketch #35 at Card Patterns to celebrate World Cardmaking Day along with Paper Crafts in celebrating this card making holiday.

When I saw the sketch I thought I wanted to use one of my new Cricut Cartridges - From My Kitchen.

Day 129 - You Have Me in Stitches


Today's challenge was to stitch an image on our card. Not just around the outside of the card, but an actual image. A flourish DOES count, since these are typically quite detailed. I did struggle with the challenge, I tried hand stitching but that did not work so I turned to my sewing machine and stitched the stems of the flowers - I have not put a sentiment on the card as yet because I am not sure what to use it for - maybe Thank You or Get Well or Thinking of You???

I hope my machine stitching image counts for the challenge.

Day 121 - Four Seasons & Card Patterns Sketch 21 & Pile It On - #4 Button it up!

The 365 Cards challenge was to incorporate all four seasons on our card. Pam said she thought this challenge could be fun, and it is wide open to interpretation..the challenge police will take a break on this one - I think I have met that challenge criteria with the sentiment (thanks to SharonSkippy) and the buttons in the seasons colours.

I used the sketch from Card Patterns.

Day 93 - Call Me Today's challenge at 365 Cards was to use "Call Me" as the sentiment and/or use an image of a phone on your card. You only have to have one or the other, but you can have both.
I made a shaped Mobile phone card from Cricut - My World Cartridge and Funky Fairy's paper and computer generated sentiment.

Today's challenge at 365 Cards - So what is the color combo for this one? Let's try BLUE, PINK, and ORANGE - try to stick with those colors as much as possible (that's the challenge part).

Day 83 - Make It Match
Today's challenge is called "Make it Match", because we had to decorate an envelope to match our card. Any size will do, as long as they go together.

I made this card for my nephew who is going into the Australian Navy, all the paper is by Kaisercraft.
