Here is my quick take on the sketch from Card Patterns, it has been a long, long time since I have participated in one of there challenges.I used a cupcake embossing folder over the designer papers and then the Happy Birthday embossing folder just on the top part of the card.
And because it was a quick put together I used a chipboard embellishment and added a red pearl for the cherry. (Sorry about the glare).
