Cricut Cartridge Chaos Challenge #3 - Create A Critter

Here is my card I created for the CCCC challenge #3 - use the Create A Critter cartridge on Two Scraptastic Gals.
I came across this challenge whilst blog hopping the other day and thought this is a fantastic idea for us Cricut Addicted Owners who just have to have that "Cart" and make one cut and put it on the shelf for a long time or am I the only one that does that. LOL.

Card Patterns - Sketch 99

Here is my quick take on the sketch from Card Patterns, it has been a long, long time since I have participated in one of there challenges.

I used a cupcake embossing folder over the designer papers and then the Happy Birthday embossing folder just on the top part of the card.

And because it was a quick put together I used a chipboard embellishment and added a red pearl for the cherry. (Sorry about the glare).

I was blog hopping yesterday and came across Flaunt It Fridays blog and loved the concept of the challenges the ladies are doing, so I thought I would join in.

So this is my take on FIF #8 - Give A Hoot - Trash Can Bear.

I do have a person in mind for this card, (I forgot my nieces birthday) so the challenge was perfect timing.
